What started off as a routine traffic stop for an expired license plate, ended up with a Deputy man going to jail for dealing methamphetamine and other drug charges. Scott County Sheriff’s Deputy Kyle West was on patrol on Highway 356 near Vienna on Thursday, Sept. 25, when he spotted a westbound Chevrolet pickup truck with expired plates.
