WASHINGTON -- Arkansas' four members in the U.S. House of Representatives believe patience is necessary as Donald Trump's administration continues examining how to shrink the federal government's size, acknowledging the Elon Musk-led effort addressing the federal workforce and government spending had a "clunky start."
