Zhenhao Zou, a 28-year-old student, used hidden or portable cameras to film rapes, keeping images and sometimes personal effects of his victims as souvenirs.

A Chinese student was found guilty of multiple rape in March. Even then, investigators started running more cases. Since then, 23 other suspected victims have reported.
