Driver charged with felonies in fatal hit and run on Eastwood Road
WILMINGTON — A female was arrested Saturday following a fatal hit and run. Hailey Sigg, 22, is being charged with felony death by vehicle, felony hit and run and DWI. Saturday morning Wilmington Police Department officers were dispatched at 2:48 a.m. to the 700 block of Eastwood Road regarding a man struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers located a man in his 20s in the roadway. Source
