Investigators were able to determine that the alleged driving offences took place on May 25 on Platinum Boulevard, near the Ridgeway Plaza.

The incident took place around 4:00am in Byram. The driver was charged with Reckless Driving, Illegal Operation Motor Vehicle Under Influence, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and Unsafe Backing.
