(CHAFFEE COUNTY, Colo.)— A Colorado Springs man eluded police but could not escape the radio and was arrested for speeding down a road near Nathrop. On Friday, March 21, a Chaffee County Sheriff's Office deputy was performing routine traffic enforcement on Highway 285 when he observed a car traveling southbound at a high rate of speed.
