PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) -- A 44-year-old driver has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run in Petersburg involving a juvenile on Monday evening. At about 7:45 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 22, officers with the Petersburg Bureau of Police were called to 1000 block of S.
