- Clemente drove her silver Ford Focus onto a sidewalk near South Fruitvale Road to chase a child on a dirt bike; about 25 minutes later, deputies received a burglary report one mile away at a home on West Melville Road where a suspect tried door handles.
- Court documents state the driver was "level 7 intoxicated on a scale of 1-10." When deputies located her, Clemente resisted arrest by kicking a deputy and later claimed she was searching for dogs for her pet to socialize with.
