Houston ‘drive-thru’ drug ring busted by local agencies, feds; $1 million in drugs found
Approximately 30 cars an hour were coming through the complex to allegedly pick up drugs, according to the constable’s office. Seven people in total were detained with five being arrested and two being taken into ICE custody.
