DPG Media is definitively taking over RTL Nederland. This was announced by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). The takeover, which was announced in December 2023, involves 1.1 billion euros. The television channels of RTL Nederland and streaming service Videoland will be part of DPG Media from 1 July.
