LA Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani has confirmed his return to playing both pitcher and hitter after successfully completing live pitching. The Dodgers plan to bring Ohtani back as a pitcher during their nine-game home stretch in early September and intend to activate their pitching rotation in earnest for the postseason using a 1+1 rotation with Eric Lauer.
