The Public Prosecutor's Office of Peru in the cities of Cuzco and Trujillo opened on Thursday investigations into the alleged crime of manslaughter and serious culpable injuries against those responsible for the deaths of three people, as well as injuries in two other patients in clinics that used a defective physiological serum.
