On Saturday, and on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Prince Saud bin Mishaal, Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region and Vice Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah, formally handed over the new Kiswa (cover) of the Kaaba to the custodians of the Holy Kaaba.
