Demolition plans lodged for County Durham primary school's swimming pool

Plans have been submitted by Durham County Council to demolish a swimming pool at Catchgate primary school.

Applicant Verma Developments wants to demolish the former Oddfellows Hall Public House, off Richardshaw Lane, pointing to its ‘dangerous/unsafe’ structure.
