- A digital dragnet traced the Hyundai i20's ownership chain—sold by Salman to Devender in March 2025, transferred to Aamir on October 29, then to Dr Umar Mohammad with Tariq involved—and nearly 200 police personnel reviewed CCTV footage while questioning approximately thirteen individuals.
- Officials said the move signals the blast is being treated as terror, with Delhi Police registering the case under terrorism sections of the Unlawful Activities Act and NIA now probing.
- Forensic teams found no smell of RDX and no pellet or puncture wounds, while Jammu and Kashmir Police recovered around 2,900 kg of bomb-making material and earlier seized around 360 kilograms of suspected ammonium nitrate in Faridabad.
