Cowichan Search and Rescue fundraises for new hall

Cowichan Search and Rescue (CSAR) says it has outgrown its headquarters and is hoping for a new hall in order to best serve the region. “Last year was our busiest we’ve ever had,” said CSAR president Trevor Paterson.
