County Issues Final Proposed $47 Million Courthouse Plan

County courthouse plans advance – Journal Opinion

NORTH HAVERHILL—A design for a new courthouse in North Haverhill has been proposed to the Grafton County Commission. The architectural firm, Lavallee Brensinger Architects, is recommending a nearly 65,000-square-foot building with a projected cost of $47,383,337. The building will be constructed in the parking area serving the existing courthouse, which is a little over 44,600 square feet.

After several years in development, Grafton County has issued its final report presentation for the proposed new county courthouse, a project that involves demolishing the existing structure and replacing it with a new and larger building.
