This Wednesday we had to play the one-way match between San Rafael and General corresponding to the Qualifying Stage of the Country Cup, however, the duel organized by the Federal Council of Argentine Football within the Cuyo Region was not played by decision of the arbiter party Rodrigo Cabrera who decided not to start it because there were no police officers.
