A new step by the Directorate General of Consumer Affairs, under the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030, in search of real estate agencies that violate the Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
Such practices could constitute serious infringements (with fines of up to €100,000) and very serious (with fines of up to €1 million).
