COLFAX, WA – The Coleman Oil Company has been fined 12,000 dollars for not notifying the Washington Department of Ecology quick enough about a spill from a tanker crash. The spill occurred in January of 2023 when the driver of a Coleman tanker crashed South of Colfax on U.S. Highway 195.
