Antonio Pérez had no idea of growing coffee until a friend introduced him to the plantation of these grains eight years ago on a farm he had bought in the La Negra ravine in San Bartolomé de Tirajana. Today, farmer Antonio Pérez achieves a production of 2,500 kilos with three annual harvests. “Coffee must have more importance in the primary sector,” he says. He produces grains with aromas of cinnamon, papaya and mango.
