The general hospitals of Piedras Negras, Allende, Cuatro Ciénegas and Monclova began to apply a new protocol for the care of psychiatric emergencies, reported the Inspira Coahuila office in coordination with the State Health Secretariat.This measure sets a precedent in the state's public health system, since for the first time mental health crises will be dealt with systematically within general hospitals, and not only in specialized centers.
