CLINTON, S.C. (WSPA) - Business owners in downtown Clinton are rebuilding nine months after a huge fire destroyed store fronts. “I was leaving class, and we saw the smoke from Piedmont Tech's campus in Laurens and as soon as I got home, it was just smoky.
