CNHI NewsCity considers prohibiting fireworks on all but three dates of the year
The first consideration Tuesday to amend City Code to prohibit the discharge of fireworks within Clinton, except for on the dates of July 3, July 4 and Dec. 31, received City Council’s unanimous support.
