Chihuahua, Chih.- Despite the progress made in the country in recognizing the rights of the LGBTTTIQ+ population, significant challenges remain in the state of Chihuahua to guarantee full access to their human rights, indicates the State Human Rights Program 2024, prepared by the State Human Rights Commission of Chihuahua (CEDH) in coordination with the General Secretariat of the State Government.
