Global Smartwatch Shipments Fall 2 Percent in Q1 2025: Counterpoint
According to a report by Counterpoint Research, global smartwatch shipments fell 2 percent YoY in Q1 2025, marking the fifth straight quarterly decline, driven by slowing demand in India and reduced Apple shipments. China's smartwatch shipments, led by Huawei, Imoo, and Xiaomi, grew 37 percent YoY. Despite a continued decline, Apple held the top spot, while Samsung saw an 18 percent drop. Imoo led the growing kids’ smartwatch segment.
