Camera Recorded an Attempted Murder on Piedecuesta

In Piedecuesta, neighbors of the neighborhoods El Refugio, San Carlos and Palermo I have reported constant shootings on the nights of the last week. Apparently, there is a dispute between criminal gangs for the territorial control of the microtraffic.
