California man accused of theft by swindle in Becker County

DETROIT LAKES — John David Foye, Jr., 47, of Rocklin, California, has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony theft by swindle. According to court records, on Feb. 6, a Becker County sheriff’s deputy took a report of a theft case.
