Bucks County woman admits to causing fatal crash in Cheltenham while DUI

She pleaded guilty to charges of homicide by vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol, general impairment, in connection with a June 2022 crash in the Elkins Park section of Cheltenham. Jacqueline Kovach, 77, died 10 weeks later of those injuries.
