Authentic French bakery to open in Allentown

A “French new wave” for food might just start when an Allentown bakery opens later this week. The bakery, Sophistiqué — French Bakery, will begin a soft opening period Friday at 924 W. Walnut St., owner Sophie Vandecasteele said.
