In the Pool or in the Super: Assistance Dogs Will Be Able to Enter All Places of Public Use in Spain
On Tuesday, the Council of Ministers approved a royal decree drawn up by the Ministry of Social Rights, which guarantees persons with disabilities who need assistance dogs access with them to public and private places for public use anywhere in Spain. This legislation complements the existing legislation in each autonomous community and seeks to eliminate any disparities that may exist and that affect the rights of both people and animals.
