On Tuesday, Congress observed a minute of silence "in memory of the victims of the genocide suffered by the Palestinian people." At least, this was established by the President of the Lower House, Francina Armengol, at the beginning of the plenary session. However, the PP has tried to avoid this minute of silence by not agreeing to the use of the word "genocide" and the Vox deputies have chosen to leave the Chamber.
