SOUTHINGTON — Richard D. Biles, 76, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 18, 2025, passing away at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. He was born April 13, 1949, in Youngstown, to the late Wilfred and Elsie Weber Biles. He was a 1967 graduate of Jackson Milton High School. He then went on to serve in the U.S. Army.
