Apple plans to launch macOS 26 at WWDC 2025, which will no longer support some older Mac devices with Intel processors, but will retain support for some, such as the 2019 MacBook Pro. The new system will adopt a VisionOS-style design and add more AI features. Devices equipped with M-series chips can be upgraded.
