However, comparisons with the other iPhone 17 models and some competitors that cost less than half as much are less flattering.
The affordable iPhone 17e fixes the shortcomings of its predecessor in several ways. While Apple still makes it clear that this is a model with compromises, these are not as painful as last year thanks to several improvements. Thanks to better storage without an increase in price, the new product is actually surprisingly good value.
