Another Strong Academic Progress Rate Announced - University of North Texas Athletics

DENTON, Texas – UNT Athletics recorded an overall Academic Progress Rate (APR) of 986 for the 2023-24 academic year—the third highest in school history—highlighted by eight programs earning perfect single-year APR scores of 1,000 and 10 of the department's 14 teams either improving or maintaining their single-year scores.

Northeastern University student-athletes continue to excel academically and achieve at a level higher than their Division I peers, according to data released Tuesday by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Northeastern's 2023-24 overall APR was 990, six points above the national four-year average Academic Progress Rate of 984.
