Prime Minister Donald Tusk went to Tuesday's meeting of the Council of Ministers equipped with dummy missiles.
During the government meeting on July 29, Prime Minister Donald Tusk emphasized the importance of developing the country's defense industry, warned against the threat of sabotage from Russia, and declared continued work on the Personal Assistance Act. He noted that while the meeting was not an emergency, the topics discussed were crucial for national security and social policy.
"I will visit places where we will present bigger things, state-of-the-art combat equipment, manufactured entirely in Poland," Prime Minister Donald Tusk declared before the Council of Ministers meeting. The head of government brought missile models to the meeting, arguing that funds obtained from the European Union and those generated by Polish taxpayers must be used domestically to their fullest extent.
Tuesday's government meeting began in an unusual manner. "Don't be afraid, ladies and gentlemen. These are not warheads, missiles from former police chief Szymczyk's grenade launcher. These are fakes," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk, addressing ministers at the beginning of the government meeting. On the desk in front of him, the Prime Minister displayed several warheads, which he stated were "produced in Poland, on 3D printers."
