A Baña takes steps to increase the supply of rental housing

The Council of A Baña will launch a Plan of Vivenda with which it will seek to expand the offer of rents in the municipality and reduce the stock market of empty homes. The mayor, José Antonio Pereira, has addressed by letter to his neighbors to encourage them to rent the properties that they have vacated, so that access to a housing is facilitated to the people interested in settling in the town.

This data translates into 4,000 units less available to those seeking to rent a house or flat in the region.
