Cloudflare Outage Disrupts X, ChatGPT and Thousands of Sites
- On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, Cloudflare confirmed at 11:48 UTC that its global network was experiencing issues impacting ChatGPT and the social-media platform X, causing widespread errors.
