A Manhattan man is jailed after police responded to a domestic incident Thursday afternoon. According to the Riley County Police Department, 53-year-old Dirk Sparks, of Manhattan is charged with criminal threat, aggravated burglary, criminal restraint, assault and two counts of domestic battery against a 45-year-old woman.
