PHOENIX — The 2025 MLB Draft Combine was once again held at Chase Field, but not everybody who was invited decided to participate in on-field workouts — specifically, the players projected to have the highest draft stock.

Our final list of the top 20 MLB Draft prospects is a sign of the times in college baseball. The majority of players on this list have either transferred or plan to transfer at some point in their respective college careers.
