Zinedine Zidane, former French international and world and European champion for France, signed a four-year contract with the bleus, which includes the World Cup-2030, replacing former partner Deschamps.
The historic number 10 was officially presented as Didier Deschamps' successor after the 2026 World Cup.At his first conference, he revealed that he rejected club offers for years because he only expected to lead Les Bleus."It's all he wanted to do. I knew it as a child," he said.
