Stephanovici's brothers returned to Romania after years spent in Italy and put on their feet a small manufacturing of handicrafts in the Old Brother's satin near Rădăuti. They invested about 120,000 euros in a unit in which they process a single ton of milk collected from seeds. I produce mozzarella, burata and caciotta in Bucovina, having an experience in the field, and say that mature brands are increasingly sought by the Romanians.
