Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine has requested 360 Patriot missiles to strengthen its air defenses before the winter season, that it wants access to 5-10% of US stockpiles, and that there is a $27 billion deficit in the defense budget. He also stated that Russia is increasing its ballistic missile production and claimed that Operation Wildberries caused 3 trillion rubles in damage to the Russian economy.
