Famous YouTuber Tzuyang (real name Park Jeong-won), who filed a complaint against Kim Se-ui, the CEO of YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute, for stalking, appeared at the police station on the 16th, but refused to be questioned after about 40 minutes. Tzuyang filed the complaint at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul at around 8:52 am that day.
