Young prisoner facing federal criminal complaint for sexual case with minors

Walter Philip Wilkins, the 22-year-old who lives in Weslaco and faces 16 sexual charges against minors in Hidalgo County, is being held in federal prison after he attended a hearing in federal court this Friday in McAllen.
