Businesses in North Yorkshire and York are being urged to help bring more people back into work through fully funded placements.

Businesses with sites in York and North Yorkshire can access a wage subsidy to create short-term roles for residents who are out of work. The programme funds part-time placements of at least 16 hours a week for a minimum of three months, paid at the National Minimum Wage.
