Work wraps up on Alexandria's busy Third Avenue

ALEXANDRIA — A major road construction project on Third Avenue/State Highway 29 wrapped up last week. Work started on Sept. 2 and Third Avenue was reduced to one lane of traffic in both directions between Broadway and Nokomis streets.
