A convicted murderer serving a life sentence for a 2013 Sunbury homicide in which she was dubbed a “Craigslist killer” claims in a federal lawsuit she was sexually abused daily for a year by an institutional parole agent at the Muncy state prison.Miranda Barbour, 30, made the allegation in a suit filed in U.S. Middle District Court against 11 officials at the women’s prison including the alleged perpetrator Kenneth Jones.
