A man was arrested after a woman told officials that she was shot in the head after he blocked a road she was traveling on. The Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office said they received a call from the Uhrichsville Police Department that said a woman had just come into the station saying her ex-boyfriend shot her on Edie Hill Rd.
